Hugh Taylor Birch State Park in Fort Lauderdale, with its greenery and picturesque scenery, provided the perfect backdrop for Desirae and Brian’s sunset engagement session.
As the sun began to set, a warm golden glow covered the park, Desirae and Brian arrived, excited and ready for their session and it was clear from the start that this was going to be a memorable evening. This State Park offers countless spots for stunning portraits.
To keep things lively and natural, we used a mix of fun prompts and candid moments. “Carry Desirae like Allie, in the Notebook” led to spontaneous twirls and embraces that captured their playful spirit. Each location within the park offered an opportunity to showcase their love, making this session extra special.
One of the highlights of the session was by the serene lake, where the reflection of the sunset on the water created a magical scene. As Desirae and Brian stood by the edge, holding each other close, the soft hues of the evening sky framed their silhouettes perfectly. As the sun dipped below the horizon, we captured some final shots with the stunning colors of twilight. The deep blues and purples of the sky added a romantic and dreamy feel to the closing moments of the session. Desirae and Brian’s smiles never faded, and it was clear that the evening had been as enjoyable for them as it was for us.
